About
About Shipped or Stalled
Most coverage of enterprise AI is announcements. Very little follows up. Shipped or Stalled tracks named AI agent projects at large organizations and records what happened next, using only what public sources say.
Status definitions
- Pilot the source describes a test, trial, or pilot.
- Production the source says it is live for real users or real work.
- Scaled the source describes firmwide, all-stores, all-markets, or similar broad rollout, or very large usage numbers.
- Killed the source says it was shut down, retired, removed, suspended, or paused as of the evidence date.
Rules
- Every status links to a public source we opened. We use only what that source states. If the status is unclear, the project is left out.
- Vendor case studies are labeled as vendor-published in the notes.
- This site takes no consulting leads and no partner listings. Status is never for sale. There is no "find an implementation partner" directory and no lead forms.
- Sponsors are labeled and never affect which projects appear or what status they get.
Made at TribalScale
Shipped or Stalled is made at TribalScale, a team that blends AI, design, and engineering to build products and platforms. TribalScale also runs Tribal Venture Studio, which partners with founders and enterprises to co-create new ventures. Sheetal Jaitly, Founder of TribalScale - Building the AI-Native Enterprise.
Every project on this site is selected and given a status under the same public-source rules. Where TribalScale worked on a listed project, we say so on its page.
Corrections
If a status is out of date, send a newer public source from the submit page. Every submission is checked against its public source before it appears. You can also email sheetal@tribalscale.com.
