What happened
Mylow Companion is an AI app on Lowe's associates' sales floor devices that gives quick access to product details, project advice and inventory information. Lowe's launched it to all associates across its more than 1,700 stores in May 2025, built on the same foundation as the customer-facing Mylow. Lowe's said the goal is better customer service and faster onboarding for new associates.
