What happened
Harmony, SiriusXM's AI customer support agent, runs on Sierra, and SiriusXM was one of Sierra's original design partners when its platform launched in February 2024. Harmony handles subscription management, technical troubleshooting and content recommendations. In December 2025 SiriusXM became the first business to adopt Sierra's Agent Data Platform, which gives Harmony memory of customer context. This is a vendor-published announcement.
