What happened
SuperTOBi is Vodafone's generative AI chat assistant, built on Microsoft Azure OpenAI and the next generation of its TOBi chatbot, which already served customers in 13 countries. In July 2024 Vodafone said it was live in Italy and Portugal and starting in Germany and Turkey, with more markets to follow. In Portugal, Vodafone said first-time resolution for appointment bookings rose from 15% to 60%. It passes questions it cannot answer to a person.
