What happened
Lowe's launched Mylow in March 2025, an AI-powered virtual advisor developed with OpenAI that answers home improvement questions, such as how much mulch a project needs, and links answers to products. Lowe's described it as the home improvement industry's first AI-powered virtual advisor. In May 2025 it launched Mylow Companion, a version for store associates built on the same foundation.
